Before you can coach in Fair Lawn you must complete the Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. Certification course.

An annual background check is required to coach in Fair Lawn. There is no cost to our Volunteer Coaches for this screening. Use the link below to download the form. Because your SSN is required, we suggest the form be printed and either mailed or dropped off to the Recreation Center for processing and should be directed to Rob Lado.
